Hands-on Workshop covering Strain Gage Applications on Printed Circuit Boards

In this comprehensive, hands-on Workshop, participants make several complete strain gage (strain gauge) installations, including electrical connections, check-out, and environmental protection; and use appropriate readout instrumentation to verify results of their own installations. In addition to these fundamentals, one of the hands-on installations will involve correct installation of a strain gage rosette on a printed circuit board per IPC/JDEC 9704A specifications. Data acquisition and analysis topics will also be covered.
